3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

- Abusing bonuses or promotions in ways that contravene the stated terms and conditions.

- Registering using a false identity or inaccurate information.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on the spade96 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed on the platform at the relevant time, including but not limited to local bank transfers, e-wallets, and approved online payment methods.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name. The platform will not process any deposits or withdrawals involving third-party accounts. Any attempt to use an unauthorised payment method may result in the transaction being declined and the account being investigated.
Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to successful identity verification. The platform reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or internal compliance purposes.

- The payment account holder's name must match the name on your spade96 account.
- Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the current terms stated within the platform.
- Suspicious transactions will be investigated before being processed.
- Withdrawals are only processed to verified accounts.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Policy
The spade96 platform is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The platform does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or unforeseen circumstances may render the platform inaccessible for limited periods. The platform will not be liable for any losses arising from such disruptions.
Account Suspension and Closure
Spade96 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or security threats. In cases of closure due to user violations, account balances may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team. Withdrawals of eligible balances will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to a final review.
